Based on the overall performance requirements of foldable phones, the product functional requirements of foldable OCA are obtained through failure analysis. It elaborates in detail the significant influence of OCA's modulus, adhesion, creep and recovery on the failure of foldable phones. Through the analysis and calibration of specific performance, the product design of foldable OCA is carried out. From the perspectives of molecular structure type, spatial structure and product structure of foldable OCA, the product performance is designed. After relevant tests and verifications, the current performance can be compared with imported products. The performance of the protective film and device layer using OCA in client tests is excellent.
